 👊 Smash Room Age & Supervision Policy

• Minimum age to participate: 10 years old

• Ages 10–15:
  • A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver
  • At least one parent or legal guardian must be present inside the smash room during the session
  • One parent can supervise multiple children in the same group

• Ages 16–17:
  • A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver
  • A parent or responsible adult must remain in the building for the duration of the session (not required to be in the room)
  • 
    
• All participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian—not just the adult who brings them.

When using a gift card to book your appointment online:

1. Enter the gift card number in the credit card number field
2. For the expiration date, use any month and the next calendar year (e.g., “03/26”)
3. Use 000 for the CVV
4. For billing ZIP code, enter 03060

Example:

Expiration: 03/26

CVV: 000

Billing ZIP: 03060

We gladly accept donations of glassware and old electronics including:

• Flat screen TVs
• Computers & monitors
• Speakers
• DVD players
• Stereo systems
• And more!

However, for safety reasons, we cannot accept items that may contain hazardous materials, such as:

• A/C units
• Tube TVs (CRT)
• Refrigerators or appliances with refrigerants

You can drop off your smashable donations:

• Any time during business hours inside the store
• Or leave them to the right of our front door at:
  37 East Hollis Street, Nashua, NH

 👟 Closed-Toe Shoes Required

For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are a must in the smash room.

No shoes, no smash. And yes—Crocs still don’t count (even in sport mode).

Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered:

• Shoe rentals: $5
• Shoes + socks: $7

So if you forget your kicks, we’ve got backup. Just plan ahead and protect those toes before you pick up the bat!

We know that rage comes in all shapes and sizes, and so do our guests!

That’s why we stock protective coveralls from X-Small to 6XL—so everyone can suit up and smash in comfort.

No matter your size, we’ve got you covered—literally.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
• Same-day appointments are final—no refunds or rescheduling.
• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

⏰ Smash Room Appointments:

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we are fully booked, your session may be considered a no-show.

⏱️ Pit Stop Packages (30-minute sessions):

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, we cannot accommodate your session due to limited time availability.

We appreciate your understanding—these policies help us keep things safe, fair, and on schedule for all guests.

To participate in any smash session, all guests must sign a waiver of liability.

For Participants Under 18:

• Ages 16–17:
  • The waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian
  • A parent or responsible adult must remain on-site during the session
    (Please note: the adult accompanying the minor cannot sign the waiver unless they are the legal guardian)

• Ages 10–15:
  • The waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian
  • A parent or legal guardian must be inside the smash room during the session
  • Only one parent is required to supervise multiple children in a group

• Our Super Smash Room can hold up to 12 people at a time
• Our two additional smash rooms accommodate up to 6 people each

Got a party larger than 12? No problem!

You can either:

• Rotate groups so everyone gets a turn, or
• Contact us to reserve multiple rooms and keep the destruction going without delay!

💥 While you’re waiting, relax in our lounge and watch a live stream of your friends smashing in real time. It’s like ESPN… but angrier.

We love big groups! If your party has more than 12 people, just email us at info@ragecagenh.com and we’ll happily help you set up a special time and custom package to make sure everyone gets in on the destruction.

When you book a smash room or the paint splatter room, that space is exclusively yours for the duration of your session.

We never combine groups—you’ll only share the room with the people you came with.

That depends on your child—and your comfort level.

At Rage Cage NH, we recognize that kids are little humans with big feelings, and they deserve healthy, creative outlets too. That’s why we created our Paint Splatter Room—a colorful, all-ages experience designed for fun, expression, and safe mess-making.

That said, Rage Cage is primarily an adult-centered environment. While we do our best to accommodate families, please be aware that your child may be exposed to adult language,  and intense music—especially in or near the smash rooms.

We leave it up to each parent or guardian to decide what’s appropriate for their child. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic space with a little edge, this might just be the perfect fit!
